Member Micro Market to Launch in 2023

Our Performance Kitchen will have a small market within it open when the Performance Kitchen is open Monday-Friday! This will be a small self-serve, cashless option where you can pick up a local beverage,  dessert, or gift created by our members at the Rochester Commissary. Follow us on social media for more information as the build out and launch happens. Come and see us on site on Friday, December 8th at our Holiday Open House to purchase directly from our market.

Subscription Program for Monthly Boxes (Starting with Pick-Up in 2024)

COVID really sped up the trend of subscription boxes and/or membership boxes and what a fun way to reach new customers and audiences than with an option for people to have a subscription option for the Commissary. Each month, subscribers will get new products from a variety of our members. These boxes and materials will need to be marketed appropriately and can be picked-up or mailed to them.

Gift Boxes Available on Site and Online Ordering for Pick Up (Launching in 2024) 

We will also be opening an option to order things online for your relatives birthday or a just-cause gift for a spouse or friend. Any food will appreciate this unique gift while supporting small businesses in Rochester NY that are members of the Commissary! The online component will start in 2024, but people can create gifts within the micro-market as soon as it launches.

Commissary Cravings on the Road

Be on the lookout at Rochester markets, conferences and festivals in 2024 for a Commissary Cravings tent that will be vending our member products for purchase and spreading the word about the Commissary. 

Commissary Cravings Hopes to be added to Local Stores and Markets

We will be working with local markets, businesses, and grocers over the next year to build out Commissary Cravings shelves or end caps to bring our micro market goods to your local stores!
