FILL OUT AN INTEREST FORM & INTRO MEETING
We want to learn more about your new, developing, or existing food business! Take 10 minutes to fill out our interest form to tell us about the basics of your business. All new, interested businesses must complete an interest form.
Once you complete the interest form, we reach out to the email provided to schedule a tour and Intro meeting. At this meeting, we’ll give you a tour of the kitchen, discuss membership options, and answer any questions you might have.

ONBOARDING TO BECOME A MEMBER
After your initial intro meeting, we’ll send next steps to become a member. You will send us the required permits and documents necessary for your business. Once we receive those, you are billed for membership, and complete an orientation with our team. After orientation, you work with your regulatory agency (Monroe County Health Department or NYS Ag & Markets) to receive your permit and/or 20-C license.

Q: How long does it take to become a member?
A: Onboarding timeline can vary depending on your business type, what documents you have already complete, and the season. Our Permits and Documents PDF highlights timelines for each step of the process. Most Health Department permit holders can start membership in ~1-2 months after their initial inquiry.
Q: I want to use the kitchen just once for a special event. Can I do that?
A: Unfortunately no, we are not able to accommodate one-time kitchen use. However, you may be able to collaborate with a member to accommodate your food needs.
